Disk Cleaner is a small, self-contained, open-source and robust program available for windows which can clean all the above mentioned junk not only for windows system programs, IE, media player, etc. but also has support for many other 3rd. party programs like opera browser, firefox, winamp and more. This is achieved through plugins bundled along with the software for the 3rd partly apps. Newer Windows versions have “disk cleanup” bundled, but it doesn’t even come close to Disk Cleaner in terms of speed or features and programs supported.
